If you are a new customer and want to place your first order, your shipping and billing address MUST match and be correct to the credit card.
If the addresses do not match your order may be cancelled.
CFO KNIVES offers FREE SHIPPING for all items purchased on our website to anywhere in the United States (lower 48 states, Alaska and APO's only).
We send most packages out using USPS Expedited Shipping. (Except States that require UPS Ground Shipping)
All knives are shipped out with signature confirmation. Please make sure you are available to sign for the package. If the package is sent back to CFO Knives because no one was available to sign for it, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded back to the card that was used. We will not send the package out again. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
All knives are thoroughly inspected and tested multiple times before they are shipped out to the customer. We want to make certain that there are no issues to be found. Returns are accepted up to (3) days from the time when the item arrived to the customer. Once this time period expires, CFO KNIVES LLC, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund. (No exceptions)
The customer must contact us by email before shipping the item back. The customer will be contacted and informed as to whether the return request is accepted or denied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The knife must have no scratches, no evidence of being sharpened or carried, and no ripped or damaged boxes. A (15 %) restocking fee is charged for all returned items. (No exceptions)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Some metals used when the knives are made change without notice. If you are particular about the material used, please send us an email for us to check the item to be 100% certain. Especially, blade material !

SHIPPING (FOR RETURNS)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
We don't offer exchanges on any knives.
We can't offer Layaway payments at this time because our website is not set up for multiple payments.
If you request a knife to be held for you, any deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE. ( No Exceptions! )
We do not accept returns or exchanges on a knife that "is" or "was" on a hold for any customer. ( No Exceptions! )
All sales are FINAL on all clearance, on sale or discounted knives.

All items are checked over to make sure there are no scratches. They are also tested to make sure everything works as it should.
