This CFO II (Combat Front Opening) by Marfione Custom Knives is from 2003 and it is serial number 147.  The blade is finished in black and it is part serrated. The handle has black aluminum frame. Push button firing on the handle side.

This knife is a single action. Push the button to open  and close the blade by disengaging the leaf lock and retracting the charging handle.
